By using the Aristeia website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. ABOUT ARISTEIA

Aristeia is an online store operating in the Republic of South Africa.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, availability and prices are accurate.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice, but this will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

If a genuine and obvious pricing or technical error occurs, Aristeia reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment received, subject to applicable law.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate.

Your order will only be considered accepted once Aristeia confirms or processes the order.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods provided at checkout.

Aristeia may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or an obvious error has occurred.

If an order is cancelled after payment, an appropriate refund will be provided in accordance with South African law.

4. DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times will be communicated during the ordering process.

Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Aristeia complies with applicable South African consumer-protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory right to cancel certain online transactions within the prescribed cooling-off period.

Customers may also have rights to a repair, replacement or refund where goods are defective, unsafe, incorrect or do not meet applicable legal requirements.

For returns, refunds or exchanges that are not required by law, products must be returned in their original condition and must:

• Be unused and unworn.

• Include the original packaging.

• Include all original labels, tags and accessories.

• Have no stains, marks, damage, alterations or other signs of use.

Aristeia does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for products that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, stained or returned without their original packaging, where legally permitted.

All returns must be approved by Aristeia before being sent back.

Please provide your order number and details of the issue.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

6. PRIVACY

Aristeia respects your personal information and processes it in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Aristeia reserves the right to restrict access where necessary to protect the website, customers or business.

The Aristeia name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics and other original material belong to Aristeia or are used with permission.

You may not reproduce or commercially use our content without written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

Aristeia will take reasonable steps to provide accurate products, secure transactions and reliable delivery.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law and the rights available to the consumer.
